Aki is depicted sat on an office chair, bathed in demon blood, smoking a cigarette post battle. His sword is stabbed into one of the demon corpses at his feat and his pose all but screams of his exhaustion. It’s not a physical exhaustion, but a mental one. This encapsulates the nature of Chainsaw Man well. The bleak violence laid bare for all to see. It’s a truly stunning depiction of the beloved manga and anime.
