May we introduce: Plinfa! The little Pokémon is very cute and reminds of a penguin with its thick, blue and white feathery coat. It also has waddle feet, each with three toes and two fin-like arms. Its head, which is almost as large as the rest of its body, is dark blue with its face mostly white except for a short, yellow beak.
Now you might be wondering why the little guy is lying on his stomach. Plinfa often falls, which is due to his limited walking ability.
