The "HIEI" costume that appeared in the Dark Martial Arts Tournament version during the battle with the Toguro team appears for the first time on S.H.Figuarts.
The figure is sculpted in a dynamic pose, unleashing the "Evil King Flame-Slaying Black Dragon Wave" and executing the "Evil King Flame-Slaying Sword".
