Bruce the Shark joins the TUBBZ lineup in what may be the single most delightfully absurd concept imaginable: a duck… dressed as the most infamous killer shark in movie history. Tiny duck beak, giant shark body, dead black eyes like a doll’s eyes… somehow this thing manages to be hilarious and weirdly intimidating at the same time.
Fans love Bruce from Jaws because the shark basically invented the modern blockbuster movie monster. Half the terror comes from how little you see him, but the second that fin cuts through the water, everybody instantly knows what’s up.
TUBBZ once again proves that “iconic character + duck” is a formula with no upper limit. And honestly? Bruce translates shockingly well into duck form. The giant shark costume wrapped around the little waterfowl body somehow makes the whole thing even more charmingly ridiculous.
