Charlie Wonderlic
The grandson of founder E.F. Wonderlic, Charlie is a widely-recognized authority on assessment solutions. For more than 30 years, his vision, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to quality have helped Wonderlic earn the trust and confidence of employers and career educators worldwide. A passionate advocate of the importance of preparing and selecting “job-ready” workers, Charlie has delivered numerous keynote addresses and industry presentations and has spoken on national television programs including Dateline, Lifetime, CNNfn, and 20/20. He’s also an active community leader, serving on the Board of Directors for Career Education Colleges and Universities, the Association of Test Publishers (Chairman), Crisis Ministries, and the District 128 Foundation for Learning. In his spare time, Charlie mentors MBA students for the College of Charleston and dives for prehistoric fossils and Native American artifacts.

Becca Callahan
Becca drives product innovation that helps growing businesses identify and hire the best talent. She’s responsible for the holistic product vision and development of cohesive strategies for our product portfolios. She leads the intersection of product, research, and technology teams with a deep focus on innovation and the expansion of Wonderlic value propositions, which is no small task. Before joining our team, Becca was Head of Product for Hogan Assessments, where she was responsible for setting and leading product strategy across their product portfolio. Beyond product development, she has extensive experience implementing strategic talent management initiatives for organizations worldwide. Becca’s also an experienced facilitator in training, strategy, and team building, working with organizations to select and retain engaged and high-performing leaders. Becca studied French at the Université Blaise Pascal (Clermont-II) - Clermont-Ferrand, and she was a Presidential International Travel Fellow at the University of Geneva, where she earned a WTO, International Trade, and Development certificate.

Matt Knox
Matt began his Wonderlic career on the technology side, where he led IT, product development, and several cross-functional units in implementing innovative technology solutions for new product offerings, system integrations, customer support, and process improvements. Before taking on his current role as President, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and VP of Technology. Now part of the C-suite, he helps to set the company’s overall vision and direction, as well as leading organizational strategic execution and the alignment of departmental strategies. Matt built his career on championing, implementing, and scaling agile methods, systems thinking, and lean product innovation methods. He’s a family man--to his wife and kids at home, and to his work family as well. He loves to see the Wonderlic team bring their whole selves to work and he continually champions family-friendly policies and a healthy work-life balance. Off the clock, he likes eating his way through Chicago’s global food scene, building a vinyl collection with his wife, lurking in the background of underground metal shows, and embarrassing his children.

Scott Midla
Scott is a Certified Public Accountant who runs the finance department here at Wonderlic. Before heading up our team, he held several roles in the field of finance and accounting, including Senior Audit Associate at KPMG, Senior Accountant in multiple corporate accounting departments, and most recently Finance Manager for Truven Health Analytics, part of the IBM Watson Health business. Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Indiana University Kelly School of Business. Prior to his days slinging numbers, Scott was swinging bats as an all-state baseball player in high school. He now swings golf clubs in his free time (when he’s not hiking the Inca Trail in Peru).
