We’ve found that employee count (our previous billing structure) was not aligned with usage or support needs of our customers. To serve you better, we’re moving to a usage based model centered on job openings (the number of jobs you’re hiring for at once). Each package includes access to all of WonScore’s core functionality, including:

A job opening refers to how many jobs you actively are collecting results for in WonScore at any given time. So if I have a job opening for a Software Engineer, an Account Executive, and a Graphic Designer, that would be 3 job openings. Once the position has been hired for and closed it no longer counts against your total.

The short answer is no- We’ve found that since hiring needs vary greatly throughout the year, the best option for customers has been to always have access to WonScore to avoid having to restart for each new hire. Just like your ATS, we’re committed to always being available whenever a hiring need arises.
