Matt I. Brown, Ph.D. is a Senior Research Scientist in Wonderlic's Applied Sciences division. Matt has over 10 years of experience in developing and validating psychological assessments and survey instruments for use in the public and private sectors. His research has been featured in prominent peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Perspectives on Psychological Science, and Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Matt earned a Ph. D in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University and is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the International Personnel Assessment Council (IPAC).
