Some assessments cannot be completed on mobile phones or tablets, and links must be accessed on computers with stable internet connections. If you are trying to test on a phone or tablet (including iPads and Chromebooks) and the testing link will not open, try accessing the link on a computer before completing a help ticket.
Expired testing link? Want to retest?
Organizations using our tests are responsible for their own testing invitations, and Wonderlic will not send new invitations to individuals. If your link is expired or you would like to retest, contact the organization for which you are testing. Wonderlic cannot assist with this.

Use the form to the right to provide Wonderlic with information about your issue. Include your full name, your email address associated with the assessment, the organization for which you are testing, and a description of your issue.
