Everything you need, in one place

Your job openings now live on the dashboard in one centralized table. No more switching between pages or navigating away to take action. Click directly into any opening's detail view, follow or unfollow openings to stay on top of activity, and filter by status, hiring manager, location, and more. Choose which columns to display, view more than 10 openings at once, and see candidate volume and scoring at a glance. Fewer steps, everything in one place.

The time you spend navigating the platform is time you're not spending on the candidates themselves.

UPDATE 02 | New Dynamic Search

Find anyone or any job instantly

You shouldn't have to remember which tab a candidate lives under. Type a name or a job title and Select now shows you both, candidates and job openings together, in real time, as you type. One click and you're in. No extra navigation, no retracing your steps.

When you’re managing multiple openings across teams, the ability to find any candidate or job instantly means you stay focused on the work that matters most.

UPDATE 03 | Improved Scoring Profile Details

See how a job is scored before results come in

You've always been able to see how a candidate scored. What's been harder is understanding exactly what that score is measuring. Now you can. Each scoring profile includes a clear job summary so you can quickly confirm how the job is defined, and shows how specific job tasks connect to each key indicator so you know what each one actually means in the context of the job.

Add your job description and Select generates an AI summary that makes the connection between what the job requires and how candidates are being evaluated even clearer. This doesn't change how scoring works. The same assessment science continues to drive results exactly as it always has. What's new is the context around those results, so you can evaluate the job-specific insights with the full picture of the job in front of you and feel confident in what the score is telling you.

This change only applies to Jobs Engine Scoring Profiles of new job openings added moving forward (not retroactive).

The signals that actually predict success in this job used to be buried. Now they're the first thing you see. The improved results view puts the five key indicators most predictive of success right at the top of every candidate’s results page, ordered by their impact on the overall score and clearly labeled so you know what you're looking at. The detail is still there if you want to go deeper. But you no longer have to wade through everything to get to the answer.

UPDATE 05 | Redesigned Candidate List

A candidate list built around who to look at first

Right now, a full applicant pool requires real effort to make sense of, especially when some candidates have completed assessments and some haven't. The redesigned candidate list changes that. It surfaces a single overall fit score for each person based on what actually drives performance in the job, puts candidates with completed assessments at the top automatically, and makes bulk sorting and status updates faster. You go from a broad pool to a focused shortlist without having to do the work manually.

One place for all assessment activity

If you've ever had to dig through a candidate's results page to figure out whether they've started their assessment, whether the link expired, or whether you need to resend, you already know the problem. One location now shows you a full timeline of every candidate's testing activity, surfaces the right next action based on where they stand, and lets you send, resend, or arrange onsite testing from a single view.

No more guessing where a candidate is in the process or switching between screens to take action.

UPDATE 08 | Standardized Assessment Battery

The same assessments for every candidate in a job, every time

Every candidate for the same job should complete the same set of assessments. The new standardized assessment setup makes that the default. Whether they apply by email, via the Quick Apply link, or onsite, each candidate completes the same set. Comparisons are cleaner, and decisions are easier to make.

Why it matters:

Consistent assessments mean you’re comparing candidates on equal footing. And when every candidate in a role completes the same set regardless of how they applied, the hiring process itself becomes more defensible.
