We have designed the Wonderlic testing experience to be intuitive and straightforward. However, we understand that you may have some questions. Here are the top frequently asked questions about Wonderlic Assessments that we receive. If you have any additional questions before taking your Wonderlic test, please contact us at support@wonderlic.com.
Prospective employers are responsible for their own testing invitations, so you would need to contact the hiring organization directly to inquire about receiving a new invitation to test.
You can access your Candidate Feedback Report from a link provided on the final page of the assessment or from an email sent after test completion. Feedback Reports are the only results provided to candidates, and traditional numerical scores are not provided. If you did not receive such a link, then this report is not available to you.
Wonderlic assessments measure abilities and tendencies that can’t be improved upon by studying, so practice tests aren’t available. (Note: So you know, you will have the opportunity to complete a few sample items at the beginning of each assessment.)
Either your testing link has expired, or the prospective employer has made the assessment unavailable to you. As hiring organizations are responsible for their own testing invitations, you will need to contact that organization directly to inquire if you may complete the assessment.
At this time, there is no built-in functionality to print these reports, as they are intended to be reviewed online. As a workaround, you could produce screenshots, or you can use your browser’s printing functionality by hovering over each page and right-clicking. (Note: browser printing will result in loss of page formatting.)
Under some circumstances, Candidate Feedback Reports are not generated for test takers. If you did not receive a link to access a report, begin by checking with the prospective employer to see if a report is available to you.
You have either initiated multiple testing administrations by repeatedly clicking a testing link, or the prospective employer has sent you multiple invitations. You should begin by contacting the hiring organization to verify they have access to your results and inquire if a retest is necessary.
No. Using a calculator will not significantly improve your testing results and might lower your overall score by causing you to spend too much time on individual questions.
The assessment is not designed to test your math or verbal skills, but rather to evaluate your problem-solving and reasoning abilities. And only a small number of questions in the assessment involve mathematical concepts requiring calculations.
